History:
Capital Assets Utah Valley is a mortgage company in Utah that has specialized in conforming, non-conforming, and hard money lending since 1979. Capital Assets Utah Valley was incorporated in 1994 as a mortgage broker in Utah County, and has provided residential mortgages to its clients ever since.

Where We Lend:
We are currently licensed or registered for mortgage lending in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. If you need financing in another state, let us know and we’ll check on whether we can lend there, or what we can do about getting licensed there.

Directions From I-15:
Take the 800 North Exit in Orem (Exit 272), head east towards Provo Canyon. Get in right lane. As road splits at mouth of canyon, stay in right lane which curves toward South and becomes University Avenue. Head South for 3 miles. Capital Assets is in red brick building on left (east). Turn at the 2780 North intersection. Office building is on northeast corner. We are in Suite 236 on 2nd floor. Parking on north or south of building. Map

Not having a house payment in December has been such a great blessing and helped me DO Christmas without going into debt.
